What is our Cajuntogo.com Return Policy?
Cajuntogo.com stands behind any product that is shipped incorrectly or any manufacturing issue due to a defect.  All request for returns must be done within 30 days of your purchase.  Please contact cajuntogocustomerservice@gmail.com as soon as possible for help with any return.  All returns will be handled in a timely matter.

What types of Credit Card Payments does Cajuntogo.com accept?
Cajuntgo.com accepts all major credit cards, Visa, American Express, Discover and Master Card.  Please fill out all information for your credit card purchase, this will be needed to process your order.  All credit cards will be billed when staging your order for shipment.  We will contact you regarding any problem(s) that occurs during your credit card transaction. 

Will I Get a Order E-mail confirmation?
Once you have completed your order to Cajuntogo.com we will notify you by email that your order has been processed.  Once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be sent so you can track your order.  No tracking number will be sent on overnight shipments.

What if the item I want is out of stock?
When item(s) are Out of Stock, we will notify you by e-mail, we will also give you an estimated time of when the product(s) will be available and are ready for shipment.  If you would like us to ship the item(s) when they become available we will not bill your credit card until your back order has been staged for shipment.

What if I am looking for a product not available on Cajuntogo.com website?

Cajuntogo.com prides our self on having a large section of Cajun, New Orleans and Louisiana type products. If you are looking for a product that is not available on Cajuntogo.com please email us that product at cajuntogocustomerservice@gmail.com and we will do our best to locate that item for you.

How does shipping work on Cajuntogo.com?
Cajuntogo.com will make every effort to ship your order within 2-3 business days after your order is received.  All orders will not be shipped until payment has been confirmed.  We do not ship to a U.S. P.O. Box. We use Fed Ex Freight for all shipping use. You also will be able to track your order thru the carrier's website.  Any special shipping request can be made to cajuntogocustomerservice@gmail.com and we will do our very best to follow your instructions.  Deliveries are shipped to all 48 states in the continental U.S.
